Underpinning is the activity used to support or retain an aged or failed structure which is in need of uplift. We use variety of techniques depending on the access and condition of the site given. Screw piles are the most cost effective and quickest way to support a failed structure. We use a 1-5 tonne piling rig which can access narrow paths and limited ceiling height restrictions. Another method used is the bored pile with the headstock detail; this is commonly used on the external areas of a project when a neighbouring property or building requires support prior to your basement excavation. We are profoundly known for undertaking underpinning projects across all NSW. We have serviced several homes, Warehouse, Factories and commercial stores during some of their extensions, Failed Structures and Neighbouring constrain boundaries. Underpinning is an engineered and designed solution, which is cost effective and has proven success within our industry. The cost to underpin is often a fraction of the cost of demolition and rebuild.
